Terms of Sale
Thank you for choosing The VLT (Theatre Company) for your theatre ticket purchase. By purchasing tickets, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Ticket Purchase 1.1. All ticket purchases are final, and refunds are not available. However, ticket exchanges may be possible under certain circumstances. 1.2. The VLT may cancel or reschedule a performance without prior notice. If this happens, we will make every effort to inform ticket holders and provide alternatives.
- Ticket Exchanges 2.1. Ticket exchanges are subject to availability and must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled performance. 2.2. Exchanged tickets must be of equal or greater value. If the exchanged tickets are of greater value, you will need to pay the price difference. 2.3. - Ticket Delivery 3.1. Tickets can be delivered via email, postal mail, or picked up at the box office. Please ensure your contact information is accurate. 3.2. For email delivery, check your inbox and spam folder, and add [email protected] to your safe sender list. 3.3. If you choose box office pickup, arrive early with a valid photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase.
- Ticket Prices and Fees 4.1. Ticket prices are displayed in US dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes and fees, unless otherwise stated. 4.2. The VLT reserves the right to change ticket prices, fees, or any other charges without prior notice. Changes won’t affect tickets already purchased.
