VLTours: Very Little Theatre Backstage Tours

NEXT TOUR Wednesday, October 13th at 12:15pm. FREE ADMISSION.

The Very Little Theatre will open its facility for the next in a series of VLTours, on Wednesday, October 13th, from 12:15 to 1 p.m. The free tour is an opportunity for the public to go backstage and learn more about one of the country’s oldest and most successful community theaters.

The tour will start in the front lobby for a brief history of the VLT’s beginnings in 1929, then to Stage Left, the dressing rooms, Green Room, and the costume shop. The tour will then head backstage to the workshop and onto the set of “Shakespeare in Hollywood,” which opens Friday, October 15th.

The VLT plans to offer the free tour on the Wednesday preceding the opening of each of its five main stage plays this year.
The VLT, heading into its 82st season, is located at 2350 Hilyard St.
